  Just 20 minutes outside of Myrtle Beach in the charming coastal community of Surfside Beach, weekly Music in Memorial Park is a beloved local tradition. This summertime music series provides free outdoor entertainment every Sunday from 4 pm to 7 pm in Memorial Park, right next door to the Surfside Beach Library. It's a great opportunity to catch talented local and regional acts with a laid-back vibe.   North Myrtle Beach's premier shopping and entertainment destination, Barefoot Landing, is more than a mall. It's more like an entertainment village, complete with restaurants, bars, multiple stages, and a carousel. They host music consistently all year long, but the best time to visit is during the annual Barefoot Landing SummerFest!, which stretches from June 2 to August 25 this year. You can see live music at Barefoot Landing every single night throughout the festival season, including full bands on the Dockside Village Stage, acoustic acts on the Landshark Bar & Grill Patio, and jazz on the deck near Purpleologist & Francesca's.
